    Jammu and Kashmir administration revokes ban on issuance of fresh arms licence

    The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday revoked restrictions imposed on issuance of arms licences by district magistrates and issued fresh guidelines for granting such permits, making Aadhaar card mandatory for identity verification and also requiring police clearance before any application is considered.
